Hi! My name is Penelope! I may be tiny but I'm very independent for my age. You pick me up though, and I totally relax, and enjoy looking at things upside down! Im very close to my sibling, but we do play with other kittens in our group. I do like to snuggle and sleep with him.
Anyways, I love to chase balls and keep up pretty good with the older kittens. I'm so cuddly and sweet - just a love bug. It won't be long til I can get "fixed" and find my furever home - so if you are patient, you can visit with me at my foster's home!
