Pedro is just a good old boy born and raised in Texas.  Easy going retired tomcat who has seen tougher days, he is enjoying his semi-retirement from the wild and crazy times.  Caught by the shelter cops and thrown in shelter jail for being homeless, he was on death row.  Saved by his foster mom, he has been waiting patiently for his forever home.  Won't you please give a good ole boy a second chance?
