Arlo was from a group that was saved from being released in a park.
He was adopted and returned back to the rescue.
The previous adoptors had another cat that did not get along with Arlo.
Something happened there and he withdrew from them. He went back to his original foster and after a few days he was back to his happy self. Snuggling and playing.
Arlo is a super boy and wants nothing more than to be loved.
